I have some movies made on a MAC which I'm trying to edit in Premiere Pro CS6 on a PC. (HP Workstation, Windows 7), the Codec is Apple HDV 1080i60, 1440 x 1080 (1888 x 1062) The PC is not reading the codec in either Premiere or QUicktime player. Will installing (hence purchasing/relinquishing an 18 pack of Molson Canadian) quicktime pro solve the problem? I have a rather large library of video in this format I'd like to edit in the PC environment.
