Does anyone know how to resolve this, pulling my hair out and had to revert to CS5 to get my work done. No video is loading on .h264 .mov files... It's like the codec is missing and PPro is just importing the audio track
- .h264 encoded.mov files with uncompressed audio only load audio track and no video
- these same files worked previously in cs6
- I have re-installed premiere pro cs6 and done all the system updates
- same files import with video/audio as expected in cs5
- this warning sometimes pops up on load of a CS6 project " The preset used by one of more sequences in this project requires third-party components that could not be located. These sequences will be modified to use a custom sequence setting instead. To continue editing using the original preset, quit the application withoug saving the project, reinstall any third-party components that are required and reopen the project. "
- I have no additional codecs loaded, this was working until the other day
- I get constantly harrassed by the licenceing box, perhaps the licenesed codecs are not being loaded
- Is there a way to reload the QT codecs?
- Preset is DSLR 24p 1080
Please anyone that can help would really help me out, I am being forced to move back to CS5 [already have] due to this issue, I am really hoping someone from the community can assist so I don't have to call India and wait to be asked to reinstall everything by entry level customer service person.
