I have a clip where someone is giving a speech but it's difficult to hear it clearly because of the background noise. I want to add text at the bottom of the screen to transcribe what it's being said. (Just like in the movies where the subtitles are used to translate audio to a different language.)
I thought of creating titles with the text but that seems too cumbersome.
Is there a better way?
I have the whole set of CS5 so maybe I need to use another one of the programs instead of Premiere Pro (?)
