Hello community,
I am wondering if there is a way in Premiere Pro or another Adobe app, to import an MP4 file that has embeded subtitles (not burned in) and reposition them to the top of the screen, and then export as another MP4 file. I've searched for a couple days but cannot find a definite answer.
All help greatly appreciated. Thank you!
