Best royalty free stock video options?

I've searched through the archives, but posts on this topic are a few years old and we all know how quickly things can change online.

I need to put together a 15 second intro that conveys the idea of change in the business world (lots of tech) and will need 7-12 HD clips, so paying $79-$199 at iStock or Shutterstock isn't in my budget for the project (although they do have nice options). (I actually need 720p, not necessarily full HD, but most options below HD aren't adequate.)

What sites would you recommend for finding decent video stock? VideoBlocks looks interesting, but I've read some online complaints about them charging a credit card and not allowing you to cancel if you opt for their 7-day trial, and the trial is the only way to see what footage they have.

Are there some other good alternatives? I'd love to find something similar to iBaudio.com, except for stock video instead of music.

TIA! Julie
