Hi, I have been using Premiere Pro for several months to accomplish the same task over and over, edit .mts files. Now all of the sudden it doesn't work anymore.
The Problem: No audio file get brought into the timeline.
Two odd things I noticed: First, upon start up I had to re log into my creative cloud account, Premiere was treating me like I only had trial version software. After logging back in everything seem to work fine until I noticed the Next odd thing. Usually when I import my .MTS files they take a while to conform and do their thing in the bottom right corner of the screen (progress bar) but today it they didn't do it. So in summery premiere didn't recognize my login credentials, it doesn't conform/do it progress bar thing, and no audio for .mts files. Please help!!!
