AAF Import Broken on Ppro 6; can't open Avid sequences

I followed the guide provided here

but instead of a clean import like in the video, I get about 8 empty sequences named "Precompute Sequence Container" and one main sequence, which is also empty.

I also get this error numerous times when importing.

Running a Mac Pro 10.8.2
