I connect my headphones using usb; in premiere pro CS5, I select the audio track, then set the audio track to touch, select microphone, click record, click the play arrow and record, click the record arrow to stop. When I check my audio, it reverbs a lot and my voiceover is way in the background. I only have the microphone enabled and all other recording devices are disabled, and the only speakers enabled is the Blackmagic system. This did work once last week, and I thought I finally got it since I have wasted literally hours trying to get this to work and I thought disabling all my other devices did the trick, but today I am back to square one. Are there any ideas how I can correct this?
