Hi,
I have a HD Sony Camera output HDSDI to a Blackmagic ATEM 1 switcher. From there I output to a Blackmagic UltraStudio Express via HDSDI. I capture in Premiere CS6. We capture about 1 1/2 - 2 hours of footage every session. A number of times, when I press stop on the capture window, the save box never comes up. I would wait up to half and hour sometimes and it doesn't come up at all. I'm forced to close the capture window and I have a dud file that's about 140gb.
Does anyone know why the save window wouldn't come up after I push stop? Premiere still works fine after I close the capture window. It's like the capture crashes but Premiere is fine.
