Very mysterious "AudioPrefetch.cpp-87" error

I can't find anything online about it..

Seems to really randomly appear.
I'm editing 720/60p XDCAM EX (Interpreted as 25p) applied some speed/duration effects here and there. Seems to randomly appear after a couple of minutes editing and trimming..

Audigy 2 w/latest drivers,
AMD 4400 X2
2048MB
Nvidia 6800GT, latest drivers
XP Home SP3
RAID0 SATA with space
