Okay, so first i put two videos into premiere, then i linked them over to after effects CS5.5 to do a cloning video via simple masking. then i edited in some effects like muzzle flashes and blood splatters. simple stuff, then i save the after effects project. go and jump back into premiere and import the after effects project in, and everything was working just fine up until now, the after effects preview was perfect, but now that i bring it back to premiere, i suddenly can barely preview anything and the footage is incredibly jumpy and choppy?
For my camera, i am using a Canon 600D/T3I filming at full HD at 24p, and i selected that when i made the project.
As for my computer, i am using a 2012 Macbook Pro 13 inch 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 with 8 gb ram. It says "8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3"
As for the graphics is has Intel HD graphics 4000 512 MB.
Im also running OS X 10.8.2
There is also 330 gb free of 750.
Surely this should not be happening. And i really need to get this program working properly, as it cost alot of money and i need it for some work.
