Is there a way to use a range marker to mark in and out points?

I have several long interviews that were marked up in Prelude using range markers. Now, in Premiere, I would like to simply click on a range marker in the source monitor and edit that section down to the timeline. I can imagine doing it by a couple of keystrokes but that doesn't seem doable in CS6. Ideally, I'd like to

1 - click the specific range marker

2 - hit a key to automatically mark the in/out points where the marker begins and ends

3 - edit to the timeline with a keystroke

I can do 1 and 3, but not 2.

Or, perhaps dragging something from the markers menu to the timeline? That doesn't work either.
