I've tried to output this twice now using the Vimeo 720p 29.97 preset in Media Encoder. Each time I got a few frames of really bad artifacting in just about the same place. It happens just after a fade up on some credits (that are a jpeg). I also had this happen on a different video after the fade up to some end logo text (same preset).
Any ideas? I'm outputting it a third time using the YouTube 720p preset.
