'Loading ImporterQuicktime.prm' - 'Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules'

Hello everyone. I have been having a lot of issues with Premiere CS6 over the last few months. Whenever I start it up it stops when it is saying 'Loading ImporterQuicktime.prm' and up comes a window that says 'Adobe Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules. Please update your video display drivers and start again'. I have tried many solutions on Adobe's website and these forums, as well as getting people looking at it, but there has been no progress. I have a Samsung computer with Intel Core i5 Processor and Nvidia Optimus graphics card and Windows 7 operating system, with 6 gig of ram. Hope someone out there has a solution to this. Thanks!
