Canopus VideoFX & APP CS5

Hello guys...There is only one question - is it possible to use Canopus VideoFX Transitions in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5?
I tried to install it - but in "Effects" there is no "VideoFX" or smth like that...Could you help me install it?)))...
