How do you resize videos in adobe cs6 to odd shapes such as a squashed rectangle or a parrelogram

I need to be able to fit videos into a certian shape for my project however i cant find how you do it anywhere.

For example from the standard rectange into a squashed rectangle . How do i do this ?
