Batch editing in Premier

I have 400 video clips from 1 to 5 minutes loing. I need to add a watermark, and an outtro slide (disclaimer) to all of them. Can I do this as a batch in any version of premier?

I would like to be able to select all the files, and select the batch process to be done, then push go and walk away.
