which files do I share

Hi-

Brand new convert from fcp.

I have a project started, and want to share that project with someone else using premiere pro.  I sent her a hard drive with all the footage and what I perceived to be the project file.  When she tries to open it, it tells here there are no premiere files.

Exactly what files does she person need to open the project?
