Hello guys.
First, I am a total noob with premiere CS6. I am just trying it out, and I don't have previous video edditing experience.
I would like to know how I could edit a video by adding images to it, in certain areas, and move them around as the movie progresses (basically like those .gif's you see with a person that has a troll face picture on top).
I expect to be quite a straight forward deal, so if anyone could give me the rundown steps I need to do.
