Multiple Resolutions/Types of Footage

I have more than one footage type for a skate video that I shot for a local church. I'm pretty new to Pr, moving from iMovie, which was a horrible application, but it did handle all the types of footage well.  How do I keep the footage in one sequence without it looking bad, somebody told me to look into Nesting. Will the 1080i need to be deinterlaced, or should I work in a 1080i project, then drop the 1080p/720p footage into it.

I have 1080p at 30fps. 1,920 x 1,080 - AVCHD

1080i at 30fps. Quicktime says "1,440 x 1,080 (1,920 x 1,080)", so I'm assuming its really 1920 x 1080? - AVCHD

1080p at 30fps. 1920 x 1,080 - GoPro

720p at 60fps. (for slowmo) - GoPro

The project was very low budget, so we used a bunch of Camcorders instead of renting cameras. I want the final project to be rendered at 1920 x 1080 for display on projectors, TV's and computer screens. I'm willing to scale the 720 footage, due to it being used once or twice in the actually video. It's not that noticeable.

*I had posted this earlier, but not reply's and I did not include as much information.
