Stock libraries in the new Premiere

I just watched a video from NAB, with Walter Biscardi at the Pond 5 booth. They showed him that in the upcoming Premiere, we can access the Pond 5 library, import a low-res clip for the rough cut directly from the library (no need to download then import, it's like Pond 5 is a directory on your hard drive), then dynamically update it to the high res version when we get approval from the client. Does anyone know if this is just limited to Pond 5, or can we use other libraries (I have a subscription to Video Blocks)?
