Error when importing/exporting P2 AVC- Intra 100 720p 59.94

I am having terrible luck trying to figure out why Panasonic P2 AVC Intra-100 720p/60 shot on a Panasonic HPX250 is importing and exporting a green color bar on the right side the screen in Premiere Pro.

I see the same problem mentioned here if you search another persons question: "P2 720p 59.94 importing error in video"

I have been using Adobe Prelude to import the footage and I have been using Adobe Premiere Pro the edit the footage.

Any help would be VERY MUCH appreciated! Thanks.
