Need "SAVE AS" Short Cut Key or Function for Titles

In CS6 with a Title window open, I'd like to SAVE AS and have a choice of directories to put the Title.

Is this possible.

The "New Title Based On Current Title" icon in the title window does not allow me to chose the directory.

Also.. in the Project Window. Can we find where the files are stored on the HD?

I don't see a LOCATION column.
