Import Prem seq into AE with Prem effects

What I'd like to do is to import a Prem CS6 sequence into AE CS6 that:

1. puts all the clips on different layers -- like you get when you import a Prem CS6 sequence

- AND -

2. brings over the color correction effects I have on the Prem clips -- like you get when you Dynamic link a Prem sequence

Is this possible?
