AE.ADBE Checkout explanation

Hello all,

I've had occasion as of late to open Premiere Elements project files, due to another editor I'm working with. I've had several imports go off without a hitch, but my latest one did have a solitary hiccup. I get the following message: "Video Filter missing:  AE.ADBE Checkout."

Does anyone know what the filter does, and if it matters? According to Google, the filter name scarecly exists on the internet.
