I've been working on a project for a while and everything has been normal.
I have just started to get intermittent audio when I review a scene in the Source monitor.
The scene will play normally until at a random point, the audio stops. Stopping and starting resumes the audio but it may stop again.
Video plays normally.
The only thing I have changed is that I imported all the footage for the entire project, whereas before, I had only imported the footage required for the sequences I was working on.
I notice my Media Cache Files folder is 152GB although my footage for this project is only 14GB.
Do you think my intermittent audio problem is associated with the media cache?
If I use the Clean media cache feature, will it delete all old projects I've completed and just leave the current one?
Can I just manually delete the media cache?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks
