Whenever I open a new project or existing one in Premier after clicking on the EFFECTS TAB at the left top, all of the folders are grey (not yellowish) and I am prevented from making any kind of video changes or edits. I have tried holding the ALT key down while starting Premier to reset it to default but still get the same thing - unable to use the effects.
