I exported an MPEG2-DVD using the NTSC High Quality Progressive Preset and it came out about 8.5 minutes shorter than the actual Work Area of the sequence. The video should be 68 minutes long, but instead the video is only 59 minutes and 11 seconds long. As far as I can tell, The beginning and the end look the same. Funny thing is, the .wav file that Premiere produces is the correct length (68 minutes), yet the .m2v file is 8.5 minutes shorter. My source footage is AVCHD, 1080p filmed at PF30 in a 60i container (which should be edited in a AVCHD 1080p30) sequence.
