I'm playing around with exporting. When I select my custom preset (1920 x 1080, 23.976 fps) the NTSC button in the same window is also selected. Never seemed right to me to see NTSC turned on when my export has nothing to do with NTSC.
Is this a layout or a design error in Premiere, or is the NTSC button highlighted for a good reason?
