Adobe Premiere on Mac OS X Not Opening

I've got a CS6 Production Premium Software, I migrated recently from an iMac running Snow Leopard to a new one running Mountain Lion (3.4 GHz i7, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce card), and all my Apps have worked fine, except Premiere. It starts up, runs through the list, then the startup logo disappears and the icon keeps hopping in the dock for a while until eventually I just have to Force Quit it. I've logged in as a new user, and it works over there. So I've deleted all my preferences, no luck. Unistalled and Reinstalled twice, but still no. I've run Adobe Support Advisor and it finds nothing. I open up the amt3.log and I just don't see anything different about it an the other apps that open fine.

I really don't want to have to start over with a new user account, that's going to be a pain (for several reasons). How can I find out what's causing this?

This is the last several lines of the log:

And the last few are the only ones that are actually different. I'm guessing this is where its basically just crashing on its own (but the icon keeps jumpting and it doesn't completely quit).
