Premiere stops when loads a music plugin (mac)

I have read a lot of posts here about this issue, but all of them were in Windows.

My problem is:

When I try to start Premiere Pro Cs4, it starts to load music VST plugins. But when it arrives in a plugin called WaveShell-VST it stops, and I have to wait years and years, and it never goes on. So I have to close it. Always the same. it's impossible to run Premiere Pro cs4

-I tried to delete all files about this plugin, but it loads it ever.

-I used PlistEdit pro to edut the plists and say to Premiere to stop loading some plugins, but it loads it.

Someone knows the anser?
