MP4 preset is creating 3GP?? can i update my presets from adobe?

Hi,

I've just started using PremPro CS6 and have come to export my video and want to use MP4 but the preset is creating a low res 3GP file, can i get some new presets from adobe some how?? As i'm sure MP4 is supposed to be a higher quality export...
