Disc set up for max performance

I'd like some guidance on setting up my PC discs to get the best performance when editing on CS6 using Sony EX1, GoPro3, Canon 5D, DNXHD and uncompressed footage. I mostly use Premiere but also use AE, Photoshop, Encore, Audition and Speedgrade.

Any guidance on the best set up for scratch, projects, pagefile, assets, autosaves, cache etc would be most welcome.
