Premiere Pro CS6 no longer handles Canon .mxf files?

I'm running Premiere on Macs, v. 6.0.2.  And I shoot w/a Canon xf100, which produces .mxf files.

In the past, Premiere has had no trouble importing the Canon files, right off the card if necessary.  Today, however, I get a "generic error" if I try to import my files.  It doesn't matter if I import video shot today, or video shot last month and successfully edited in Premiere Pro in the past.

What gives?  (This should be the latest version of Premiere; I'm a Creative Cloud subscriber.)
