placement of the Transitions between movie clips

BetweenmymovieclipsI use theshortcut key"CTRL" - "D" to paste theVideoTransitions.

Premiere ProCS5does not make itthe sameevery time.

Sometimes thetransitionlocated at the beginningor endof a movie clip ("1" on the attached picture) and other timesin betweenthe 2 movie clips("2" on the attached picture)

Would liketoTransitionsare alwaysmade​​as shown at"2", but how?
