Best way to make all volume same level?

I have some different audio clips with different volumes that I want to adjust to the same volume so that it does not seem as obvious going from one clip to the other that they were shot at different times.

I select all of the audio clips in the Timeline and choose Clip >Audio Options, though I am not sure what the best way to handle this is. My levels for all of my clips seem to go from -48 and peak around 24. Any advice is appreciated.
