Over the last 4 years or so I have been using CS3 even though I tried to upgrade to CS5 some time back when it first came out. I had a few codec issues and slow rendering times on my old system so I returned to CS3 and that is where I have been until I recieved my new system a couple of weeks back. This is the first project where I have come to use it in anger and the issue I have is with the quality of the video in the output window and this is reflected also in the rendered video file. Had a look at lots of settings and nothing seems to be screaming out at me. As you can see from the image below the text is bearly readable. I am working in PAL 4.3 aspect ratio and the white printer paper moves up the screen with a dot matrix noise in the background. However, the text is never really very clear when its moving or stationary. On my old system with CS3 it was 100% better. Can anybody make any suggestions?
