Are you all seeing the same thing? If I export a 720p 59.94fps movie to an .mp4 file, PP is only allowing me to set a CBR bit rate of 20. If I go to H.264 Blu-ray I can go to 35. If anything in my layman's mind I would have expected the non-BD version to allow higher. Feedback?
