CS5.5 Production Premium. When I go to "Help" in Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, etc and click on their links to sign-in, videos, papers, etc (the blue links)___nothing happens, clicking on the link does not show a video, let me sign-in or give me any information...nothing. The links seem to be nonfunctional. How do I get to the information behind the links that lead to the explanations of how to make the programs work? Also how can I contact "Chat" to get some phone help? Thank you.
