CS-5 will not export directly or via batch encoder. It also frequently locks up during startup. It worked fine for a long time but now there always seems to be a lock up of one type or another.
I think re-installing is the best bet. Correct, or no?
What steps to I need to take?
I have MAC OS on MBP and have not uninstalled/reinstalled before.
I have many projects in progress and don't want to crash my entire system!!
