I'm using Premiere Pro 3.2 and am getting numerous File Import Failure messages. This accured so far with XDCAM MPEG-2 IMX files and with MPEG-4 mp4 files.
I don't get why these files can't be imported as when selecting the import type, the files do appear to be supported.
Need immidiate help as this needs to be finished quickly
