I did not have this sort of problem with CS6 6.0.1. and working with AVCHD from a Panasonic Lumix GH-1 camera.
The current problems involve a Sony HDR-SR11 AVCHD set of files.
Have had Premiere crash just by moving windows around.
As far as I can tell, the Nvidia CUDA drivers are up to date.
