Hi,
I use Premiere Pro 5.5 at work and 6.0 at home. The following problem happens with both.
When I encode my project out to mpeg2 and play it back in windows media player, at random
parts of the video it will stutter/skip/jerk for a frame or two. I've tried every possible variable available in mpeg2
and it still does it. It also never does it in the same spot in the video when
I re-encode. When I import and watch the video in premiere pro, it plays fine. When I burn to bluray, it
plays fine. We use rushworks at our station to play commercials, and the files have to be mpeg2 and they are played
out using windows media player, so I can't just use a different file type like avi or quicktime or use a different player.
I've seen others with the same problem on message boards, but as yet, no solution. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Thank You,
Virgil
