Hi everyone, student here with no idea what she's doing.
I have a project I'm trying to work in in Premiere CC, and I have a bunch of .mp4 files that I am having NO success importing the video on. The audio is coming in only. Every tutorial/answer/solution I have found for this problem involves video not coming over to the timeline, but my video isn't even showing up when I import my videos into Premiere itself.
As you can see from the photo, Premiere has randomly chosen one of my clips to import the video on... and it picks a different one (or none of them at all) every time I try to import the videos again. The videos themselves play fine on every other application.
I'm working on the newest version of Premiere and El Capitain on my macbook pro. The videos were shot on a Canon Rebel. I've cleaned my media cache, logged in and out of Creative Cloud, restarted my computer and Premiere multiple times. I feel like I'm losing my mind.
PLEASE tell me someone knows what is happening! thank you in advance!
