The last time I tried to open Premiere Pro, I got the following prompt and was unable to access my month-to-month subscription of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. Shortly after, I cancelled my Premiere Pro subscription and purchased Premiere Elements, which works fairly well for the bulk of video editing I do, but I may need access to subscriptions of Premiere Pro as well as 1-2 other full Adobe products in the near future.
My question is: is required that I subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud in addition to any other Adobe Product subscriptions I purchase, or is there some way of accessing individual subscriptions without having to have a Cloud subscription?
