premiere cs4 cutting out random frames or segments automatically

Hi,

I've got some interesting dance footage that I would like to randomly edit bu: cutting out random frames, with my amount, or cutting out randomly whole segments - that I can determine length.

- anyone have a good idea how to do this? - writing a script - how?
