Dear Support Team
I installed Premiere Pro CC a while ago and the first few times I used it it worked fine. No hang ups. But a few weeks ago it changed from one day to another. Every time I open it now it freezes my computer and I have to force shut it down to get it working again.
I have a Samsung Chronus series 7 laptop and am running Windows 7 Home Edition 64bit. I have other Adobe programs which run perfectly, except for Premiere Pro.
I tried the following solutions, but to no avail:
1. Updated my NVIDIA driver
2. Tried the following solution as given in a forum
I ended up contacting Adobe tech support via phone. I had to do the following for both AE and PPro.
Start > Run > %appdata% > Adobe > Premier Pro > 6.0 and rename it.
It seemed to work like normal after I renamed the folder to lets say..... Old6.0. A new 6.0 folder is created when opening the program again. This goes with AE and other Suite products if there is trouble.
3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro several times. The same thing happens always. It will run the first few times but then starts crashing/freezing the computer.
4. I ran Premiere in safe mode and got the following message

Please, if someone can help me I would greatly appreciate it. I have work that is pending and it has driven me crazy not knowing how to fix this issue.
