I'm having this issue with my EDL, no matter if the timeline is at 24fps, when the EDL file is built it happens that IN/OUT marks are measured at 24fps, but the duration itself is marked as 29.97, IT'S SO WEIRD!!!!! Do anyone have any idea why is this happening???
This happens a lot. CUDA is working perfectly fine. I go to bed. Turn off computer. Wake up, turn on computer, open the very same project. CUDA is no longer available on my system. Sometimes I can get it to come back, sometimes I can't.
Can anyone explain why this is happening? I did a complete Windows 10 install a few months ago. CUDA worked just fine with a few hiccups here and there.
System:
ASUS laptop with a GEFORCE 760M. It is an older laptop, but works fine until this maddening issue arises.
Premiere Pro will not allow copying/selecting a single track using Track Select Forward Tool or Track Select Backward Tool. It selects multiple tracks although the tool is placed squarely upon the target track. Surely, it is not necessary to individually copy hundreds of clips to capture everything in an audio track, is it? thank you.

Have been loading my Premiere Pro CS6 and started working when it crashed on me? When I wanted to start it again there was no response at all, nothing?
Why do I have to always deal with Adobe wanting to use my program as a CC cloud version???
NO, I don't want the cloud version!!! I just want to 'work' with my installed Premiere Pro CS6 version.
Can somebody give me real help with this problem, same problem with my Dreamweaver CS4 version???

I am using adobe premiere pro cs6 and somethimes it gives me blue screens of death.
What could be the issue?
When it happend:
-when I was adding a new video in the timeline from a folder
-when premiere pro crashed/''didnt responce'' in general
-When I try to close the program and it freezes, making me use the task manager to close it down
These were all the times I actually remembered what I did before it crashed.
So, it turns out that (probably) I keep getting a blue screen of death because the program froze.
Is there a solution for this? Or a real reason?

i've just installed Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017, when i tried to import video files like mp4 and mov, only the audio files could be imported after an error message "A low-level exception occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Imported:39) " showed up.
I've tried reinstalling,clean the media cache,and "change the folder common to common1 solution" just like in other discussion but it still won't work
Before this happened ,i was working in adobe premiere pro 2015 and everything was perfect,i could import mp4 and mov files from my camera. I've tried to import other types of file and some types of files like AVI still work.
does anybody have any solution to this?

I get the Low level error on one timeline out of 7. I get it when I switch timelines to that one timeline and when i scrub in that timeline.

Also, the other day i imported a video file in another project and the video started with a red frame and there was no audio. got the same error, so i created a new project file and imported the file and there was no issue.
Is this a bug or Could it be the Sd cards I'm using? or a Hard drive issue?

I have been using Premiere for a long time, and currently use Premiere Pro CC 2015.3
I primarily do video editing and haven't dabbled much in the way of photos, and I am trying to do something fairly simple yet the zoom (motion) options are making it incredibly difficult and after reading and watching tutorials I still can't get it right and don't understand why something so simple is giving me so much trouble.
I have a high res image of a key hole, and I need to zoom into the keyhole slowly (but not super slowly) and eventually go through the keyhole which will reveal a video. I already did the matte, I know how to make the hole transparent, all of that looks great, BUT, I can't figure out the simple task of the zoom! I have played around for hours with the keyframes in the motion effect tool for scale, position, width, and have it done where it zooms into the spot I want it to (very easy,) BUT, I can't get the motion to be the speed I want! I've adjusted the frames, I've moved them around, I've done less, done more, and it's either jerky, it's either too fast, it either starts slow then jumps ahead too fast, there's got to be an easier way. Is there a plug in I can download where I can avoid the awful motion effect and use ANYTHING else?

I feel like this may have a simple answer. but I feel the need to ask anyways. Is there a way to add a dissolve (either audio or video) into an empty part of the track? Avid can dissolve into "nothing" and it treats it as silence / black video. Is this even an option in premiere?

I seem to be having a strange issue with certain audio tracks not playing when copying and pasting from my current working sequence to my exporting sequence.
Once my projet is finished and I'm ready to export, I copy and paste the entire timeline (all video tracks and all audio tracks-- I have 3 or 4 in every project) to a new sequence (I change it over because I export with different settings), but just recently something seems to be occurring that disables audio track 3. This issue never happens in any track other than track 3, which I find strange. Physically, the music track pastes no problem, and I see the levels are the same as before, and there is no M or S options selected. But for some reason, it doesn't playback and when exported it isn't heard either.
I have the most updated version of Premiere Pro CC, 2017.0.2 v11.0. This has only been happening for a couple weeks... I was previously using this work method no problem. Is this because I shouldn't be using different sequences from my actual working project to my exporting project? Am I choosing the wrong EXP settings for my audio tracks? I need the audio to be unmixed, so I use multi-channel. I'm not super savvy with PP CC, so it could be that I'm skipping an important step when picking my settings.
Any help would be appreciated!
I edited a commercial in premiere and Im sending it to a colorist at a facility. They asked for Raw files. In FCP I wouldve gone to the media manager and exported an XML with the clips with two second handles. In the project manager in Premiere I can only export raw clips with no handles or a transcoded version with handles which seems very limiting.
What is the suggested workflow so that i dont have to hand over all 500 Gs of media.. i just want the XML (and EDL) and the RAW clips with handles..

I have made many videos like this in the Premiere Pro in the past - a simple effect when a photo is being slowly merged in and out the video. Simple and working all the time.
I wanted to make another videos in the same way yesterday, but now there is a constant problem - some of the photos start flickering (not all of them). In the session itself, all is perfect, only when exported this problem starts. We tried to use different videos, different photos, different export settings, still the same problem - some of the photo(s) start flickering after the export. Becoming a bit desperate. What could be the problem ?? How to make the results working normally again ?

So I was trying to put some clips together but I found out that sometimes the audio gets muted for no reason. When I open the clips without premiere, the sound is just ok. 
The first audio track is my microphone, which in this video it doesn't gets muted but it does on another. The second audio track is the one that has the problem. The audio works perfectly but then after a few minutes it gets completely muted.

We are importing Videos into Adobe Premier Pro timeline using FCP 7 XML.
We observed the Adobe Premier Pro CC-2017 is flooring the framerate like converting 29.977 to 29.97 instead of 29.98.
This is causing Video sync issues in timeline across different sources.
We found option in Adobe Premier Pro CC-2017 for changing the video frame rate i.e., " Assume This Frame Rate".
Is there option in FCP 7 XML to set value for "Assume This Frame Rate"? Please suggest.

On an older premiere pro version, i had swf flash integrated. Now in the CC version doesnt work anymore. What must i do to reintegrate the flash sequences?
After installing most recent Premiere Pro update (via the Creative Cloud app), Premiere systematically runs out of RAM when creating media previews of files. Projects that the previous version could handle just fine last week are no longer workable in the new version. After it runs out of RAM, it crashes to Windows desktop (and Windows displays "low memory warning").
I am running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit on i7-6700K with 64Gb of RAM. Adobe applications are set to leave 10Gb of RAM to other applications (i.e., I am allocating ~54Gb to Adobe applications).
Since i have updated to the Premiere Pro CC 2017 update, the whole software is laggy, the preview is on the lowest possible quality and is impossible to edit with as it lags so bad. And rendering previews takes about 5 times longer too. The software was completely fine before the update and had no issue's. Thanks
It's been a while since I have needed this option, but I was looking for the Show Head And Tail thumbnail option for a particular track and can't find it in Premier Pro 2017. The wrench only gives the option to Show Video Thumbnails, not if you want just head, tail, head and tail, or all frames like PP used to.
I'm brand new to the multicam editing workflow but love the possibilities! I'm working on a sequence with 2 cameras that are synched on audio for camera 1. Trying to record the sequence as I switch between camera angles. I click the record button and a white bar pops up in the program window. I hit space to play the sequence and enter the camera numbers when I want to switch the angle. The numbers show up in the white bar, but when I get to the end of the sequence and either hit the record button or space bar either one, the bar and numbers go away and nothing about my sequence has changed. How do I apply the recorded edits and preview the new sequence?
I've got a .mp4 file in a folder on my Desktop - when I created the project, I pulled the file directly from there into the project. Now that I've reopened the project (which sits in the same folder as the .mp4 file) the media is unlinked, and when I go through the linking process PP can't find my Desktop so I can't relink the file. The file has never been moved and is sitting in the same folder as the PP project, which I can open from the "Recent" list on the PP launch screen.
How do I get PP to find my Desktop in the relink media window?
