I am running windows 7 64 bit on my PC. I don't know what I did, but every time I attempt to open preimere, the window won't let me drag it around, I get that chime sound you hear when there is a sub command window open, I assume its the one that wants me to set up the stage for editing. However since the window opens up with only the top visible, I have no idea what exactly is happening. I can't close it or fix it or move it. I hit the return key which causes the program to close however which baffles me too.
So at this time I am unable to use the program. I tried installing the most recent update, but I think its just something I screwed up the last time I used it.
