inTS file the AC-3 is not taken into account in CS6

Hello,

I have read the dicussion support about AC-3 already happened to some users.

I have applied the following steps below but nothing happened, the result is always the same ?? The AC-3 track didn't appear on the timeline, only the video track

0) Update into CS 6.0.3.

1) Quit Premiere. Launch Premiere again. Go to the Help menu and verify that you are activated (towards bottom, should see "Deactivate..." that signifies that you are activated).

2) Go to Preferences > Media > Media Cache Database. Click the "Clean" button. Import your file(s) again and see if you get audio now.

3) If 1 and 2 do not work, then could you please try to uninstall and then install Premiere Pro again.

Please, could you give me a support

FYI,  My TS file work well with VLC player.
